Food, Hotel & Tourism 2018 in Bali, Indonesia

From 1st to 3rd March 2018, the 11th edition of the FHT exhibition in Bali took place, attracting industry professionals from Indonesia´s food, hospitality and tourism sectors.

IREKS had a booth of approx. 9 sqm on a joint booth of PT Prambanan Kencana, our trading partner in Indonesia.
Being the only exhibitor to have live baking at his booth, our bakers provided a completely fresh display of bread every day which was very well received by our visitors who mainly represented resorts, hotel chains and craft bakeries.

The product highlights at the fair were from the gluten-free range, including SOFT SEED BREAD GLUTEN-FREE, IREKS GLUTEN-FREE BREAD MIX and MUFFIN-MIX GLUTEN-FREE.

Most of the visitors could hardly believe the breads, muffins and cookies were gluten-free!

Apart from that, baked goods using the following products were made: REX BAVARIAN DARK, IREKS PUMPERNICKEL, REX MILANO, FRENCH VILLAGE MIX, L´AMOURETTE, FORMAT V 2000, SOVITAL-MIX and BROWN BREAD CONCENTRATE.
