Food & Hotel Asia 2018 in Singapore

Having evolved over 40 years, the Food & Hotel Asia in Singapore has earned itself a reputation as the most comprehensive food and hospitality show in Asia-Pacific. In the 2018 show, IREKS participated together with DREIDOPPEL with a booth of roughly 60 sqm in size.

Looking back on the 4-day event, we are proud to have been able to welcome guests from more than 30 nations. A highlight of the fair was once again the live baking by our international bakers, using a wide range of our gluten-free mixes, such as SOFT SEED BREAD GLUTEN-FREE and MUFFIN-MIX GLUTEN-FREE as well as our improvers, malt products and sourdoughs.

Besides that, two special new products from IREKS awaited our customers and guests: PASTE FOR TASTE BASIC - whole, pregelatinized malt kernels and other malt components processed into a highly aromatic paste - and TIGERLAUGE - used for the production of baked goods with an appealingly striped graining and a taste of lye baked goods.

Serving freshly baked goods together with traditional German sausages, the IREKS booth quickly became a busy hub connecting IREKS and DREIDOPPEL team members with current and potential customers and trading partners in Asia-Pacific.
