For an interesting and varied position within China, we are looking for you as a

Sales and Field Staff Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:

• You are the link between the Field Staff and the head office in Shanghai.
• You are responsible for the further development of the Field Staff team.
• You will be the main contact person for the sales team of our trading partners.
• You will look after existing and acquire new Key Account Customers.
• You will devise, monitor and accompany sales promotion measures.
• You will devise, monitor and accompany sales target measures.

Your profile:

• You live in Shanghai.
• You have very good knowledge of Chinese and English.
• You are an experienced baker or confectioner or you are from the food trade.
• You have experience leading a sales team.
• You are willing to travel (within China but occasionally to Germany).
• You are able to use your own initiative, like working in a team and enjoy being responsible for dealing with new challenges from customers in the bakery trade.

What we offer:

We are offering a permanent post. The remuneration corresponds to the position.
